Gilbert Cohen Together with fellow director Mike Backner, Gilbert co-founded Bridge in 1970 and has over 40 years experience in the insurance industry. Gilbert is passionate about maintaining the high standards and quality reputation upon which Bridge was built, as well as encouraging a culture of empowerment among staff as each employee contributes to the company's success. Ensuring that Bridge remains dynamic in order to effectively respond to changing market conditions is also a top priority for Gilbert.
