We’re absolutely delighted to announce that FlatGuard has been named Insurance Broker of the Year at The Property Management Awards (PMAs) 2025 in central London.

FlatGuard won Insurance Broker of the Year at the PMAs last year, so winning back-to-back awards is huge!

The awards are organised by News on the Block to recognise innovation and achievement across the property sector, with prizes for individuals, consultants and suppliers. This year’s event welcomed well over 1,000 industry colleagues who all celebrated the winners and runners up, decided by the panel of judges after weeks of deliberations.

Part of Bridge Insurance Brokers Ltd, FlatGuard is dedicated to blocks-of-flats insurance, and we’ve built our reputation on being more than just brokers; we’re educators, advocates for transparency, champions of best practice and trusted partners to the property management industry.
